When our body senses danger, it immediately triggers our flight or fight response….We start to experience stress, and a range of unwanted symptoms and feelings.
To protect us, our brain becomes fixated on potential threats and dangers. This can lead to the start of a predominant amount of negative focus and eventually creates a negative feedback loop.
The first thing we want to do is reverse this response by moving into the direction of health and wellness.
When the body deeply relaxes the natural intelligence of the body can take over and start to heal and balance the system:
- Organs that has been deprived can become fully oxygenated again.
- The brain waves slow down to enable creative problem solving and constructive thought patterns.
- Tensed up muscles can release to allow for blood and life force energy to start flowing again.
- The heart muscle relaxes and can start to function “normally” again.
- Tapping into your inner guidance and wisdom becomes possible again.
So what can we do about it, and how can we prevent this from happening over and over again???!
The brain is a amazingly effective machine, it can quickly learn how to do things, and with repetition the brain can even do these things without your conscious attention…. just like walking or swimming. The problem is when your brain has been programmed with detrimental habits, and responses….Every time we stress or experience trauma, we default back to these primitive response.
To the body, images created in the mind are just as real as actual events.
Using imagery, specific vibrations, sensory intelligence and breathing in a altered state of mind we can overwrite the messages of attack and create new neural pathways that benefits the body and heal the mind.
Unresolved emotions are like negative images playing in the background sending faulty messages.

The Emotional Body Is the truth of who you are at a feeling level. This body contains the imprints of the emotional aspect of your memories as well as your current emotional state. It is the bridge between your physical body and your mental body.
The emotional body is often overlooked as the source of where physical and mental ailments come from, the result:
- Physical issues you just can’t heal from.
- Recurring anxiety or depression and not knowing where it comes from.
- Low self-worth, feelings of hopelessness, emotional pain or despair.
- Not feeling like you belong, fear of being alone or isolated.
- Feeling stuck, not being able to take the steps needed to make a change.
Damage to our emotional body can can come from any form of emotional neglect, trauma, needs not being met, verbal abuse or physical trauma…. Most people have no idea that the very physical conditions that they’re experiencing in their life, are in fact a by product of pain that they are carrying around with them from the past.
Emotional damage can cause mental Interference to the brain, coming from the “heart-brain”.
According to neurocardiologists, 60 to 65 percent of heart cells are neurons, not muscle cells.2 This discovery has helped them develop experiments that have proved the heart works similar to the brain and in some ways is even superior to the brain. This may be the reason that the heart is the first organ to develop & function after conception. Within about 20 days after conception, the heart starts to function, where the brain does not function until after roughly 90 days. This information tells us that the brain is secondary to the heart.

From the ages 1-7 we process experiences and situations through our emotional bodies which means that any situation cannot be mentally understood, analyzed and processed like adults do.
Because of the aforementioned way young children interpret life, emotions can become stuck, negative thought patterns or beliefs are created, later operating subconsciously in adulthood.
One of the many symptoms of these stuck emotions, are experiences and events that “feels” the same. This is a way the body is trying to bring up or surface the emotion for processing.
