The oil selected for the Yin Yoga and Acu Journey this Saturday @chareldi_studio is Tuberose, which has earned the title of "Queen of the Night" due to its tendency to release its fragrance at night.

With the upcoming full moon 🌓🌔🌕🌖over the weekend, this oil seems like the perfect fit.🌼

I have eagerly anticipated using the enchanting properties of Tuberose for a special occasion, as its aroma holds a special place in my heart. This scent is strongly linked to my memories of staying in Bali, where Tuberose plants grew outside my room and filled the night air with their sweet scent.

Tuberose has several benefits that make it a popular choice in aromatherapy. Its sweet, floral scent is known to have a calming effect on the mind, making it ideal for reducing stress and anxiety. It is also one of the aphrodisiac oils, and perfect for a pure fume.

It's no surprise that with its alluring smell, my boyfriend refers to it as the "ultimate rose". I think it's also because he can't remember the name, but what a perfect description.

The narcotic blue lily with it's intoxication smell, an ethereal flower known as Nymphaea caerulea or Egyptian blue lotus.

It was widely popular in ancient Egypt and used medicinally and spiritually in many early societies.

It was found in artworks of the Mayans who thrived between 500 B.C. and 900 A.D. This plant is often referenced in ancient Greek culture, ayurvedic medicine in India, and found in the tomb of Tutankhamen's.

From the depictions of it in ancient Egyptian artwork it can be assumed that it was used for ceremonial purposes, as well as recreational. The flower is also referred to as the “cannabis of Egypt as it is slightly psychoactive.

"Shen Men" is one of the master points located on the earlobe, and one of the main points on the heart meridian, located on the wrist crease.

Translated it means "Spirit Gate" and has a deep connection with the mind and spirit(shen). These two points are very calming, and can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and insomnia. The ear point stimulates the vagus nerve, while also increasing dopamine and serotonin.

Complimented by another Medicine for the Shen, Pure Rose DamAsk oil, which is a heart opener and a natural aphrodisiac, sure will guide you even deeper to those sanctuaries within your heart space.
