Diffuse before going to bed. This product was the first product under the Ylang Leanne Range created in Vietnam. It was my friend Naphi’s favorite perfume.

Use either one of the two in your diffuser.

Add 5 drops of Oh So Dreamy to the small diffuser and 10 drops to the big diffuser.

Scent is very ancient, and the most mysterious of our five senses.

Cloves are actually little flower buds that grow on a big tree. 🌳

The first time I saw a clove tree was in Bali. I spotted👀 it hiking up a mountain to see one of the famous waterfalls. All along the way local men🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️ were selling little bags of dried cloves picked from the surrounding trees.

Clove oil was also one of Dr Lennon's famous remdies. Most people will remember the small bottle with the yellow label named "naeltjie olie".

Or you might remember your grandma's brandy with cloves for stomach aches.

Cloves super power is that it is very anti microbial and was one of the ingredients of my trave spray I always had in my backpack when traveling.

It also has the ability to numb nerves hence a famous toothache oil.

Checking out the essential oil scene in Cairo....off course I would end up speaking about the legendary oils and beauty secrets of ancient Egypt.

The purity of the oils were a bit suspicious. But in his defence it more of a perfume shop than a real plant oil shop.

😅 His exoticly named blends, stories presentation, the tea, and the conversation entertained both of us.

I almost convinced him to buy my Frankincense. 🤣

Recognising the smell now... one of his best sellers, which was apparently part of Cleopatra's secret for her allure, was Blue Lotus 💘

The most magical part, I will actually have Organically harvested and Certified Pure Blue Lotus Oil ( also called Egyptian Lotus ) in the Ylang Leanne shop, before the end of this month. 💙

The pure oil is like nothing I have smelled before. It's like it calls me when I pass it in my bedroom.🥴😵‍💫The raw flower has spycoactive properties. Referred to as the cannabis of Egypt.

Blue Tansy 💙is associated with the water element and was perfect for our theme of releasing accumulated emotions and getting more into the flow. And it smelled divine!!

You may recognize the aroma from Earl grey tea which is simple blend of black tea and oil of bergamot.

But bergamot is more than just a loved beverage a fruit for jam.

Bergamot is also a famous "boere raad" for hair loss and skin renewal by "Dr Lennon". You might remember the yellow box with his silhouette on from childhood.

Based on recent studies the oil it has also been found to help lower blood pressure, increase collagen, help lower stress and uplift your mood.

I can't wait to make a Argan and Bergamot hair oil. Or you can just add a few drops to your conditioner or shampoo.

Definitely one you should have in your home essential kit!

Just remember Bergamot is phototoxic this means you should not put it on your skin before going out into the sun.
