How to use:
- Distill it in your office or living room with other uplifting oils like peppermint.
- Combine with peppermint, lavender and clove to make a digestive stomach massage oil.
- Make a detox massage or bath oil with other detoxifying oils. Castor oil mixed with another carrier helps with detoxification.
- Make a detoxifying scrub for cellulite with coffee grounds.
Caution: Grapefruit is mildy photosynthetic and should not be used before sun exposure. Dilute in a dispersant like milk or oil before adding to bath water. Do not use more that 7 drops in your bath.
